Lord the rings:


When lord of the rings was adapted from the book to the film several changes had to be made because the book was written during a time where women were classed lower than men but for the film to be successful Peter Jackson had to adapt it and create bigger roles for female characters for example Arwen furthermore they had removed several characters altogether from the book because Peter Jackson  felt that there characters didn't move the story along and  many of the scenes were also cut short or altered drastically. During the making of the film the script was heavily altered because the actors playing the character's would give the script writers there input as to how they felt the character would say something
